One companyfrom design to operation

Improgest S.p.A. designs, builds and operates infrastructure and energy plants. Six operating sites between Italy and the United Kingdom, four divisions, one person in charge of each contract.

The company

From renewable energy to major infrastructure

Improgest S.p.A. was established in 2025 by the transformation of a company already established in central Italy in technological plants for energy production. The share capital is € 500,000.00, fully paid-in.

The transaction brings together skills that usually stay separate: excellence in renewable energy, international project management, large-scale construction and corporate financial management.

The scope runs from the feasibility study and the bankability check through to operation of the built asset: for the client that means one contract, one counterpart and one responsibility for the schedule.

The Board of Directors

Renewed in full in July 2026, the Board brings together three distinct and complementary skills: business development and international project management, legal oversight and corporate compliance, and the management of people and production processes. Verifiable procedures and assigned responsibilities, so that partners, lenders and clients have a clear counterpart.

Enzo Carletti

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Born in 1944, an architect. He chairs the Board with the ordinary and extraordinary management powers set out in the Articles: opening bank relationships, financing, guarantees, and the purchase and sale of property. He brings to Improgest almost half a century of international project management and business development, with ventures in the Middle East between Riyadh, Jeddah and Dubai. Since July 2026 he is also the sole shareholder of the company: the chain of decision is short and identifiable, with no shareholders' agreements and no minorities to assemble before a commitment is made.

Luigi Garzia

Director

Born in 1986, a law graduate, he brings to Improgest a skill built in the field in the management of people and production processes. Twelve years in the Italyn Air Force, where he managed the personnel of a unit of more than one hundred and served as personal secretary to the Group Commander, gave him fluency with procedures, labour relations and dealing with the public administration. He then ran production at a company of forty people, personally following financing applications under national and European calls and the reorganisation of management systems.

Ersilio Longobardi

Director

Born in 1990, he combines a technical and a legal education: an electrotechnical diploma and a master's degree in law with a thesis in labour law. It is a rare combination in a company that designs and builds plants, because it means mastering both the technical subject and the contract that governs it. At Improgest he oversees legal affairs and corporate compliance: commercial contracts, company law, and the rules on public and private procurement. He supports the corporate bodies in meetings and minute-taking and looks after policies on governance, compliance and the protection of personal data.

Accounting control is entrusted to a Board of Statutory Auditors of five members, with the function of legal audit of the accounts, in office for the three-year term 2026-2028.
