The scope of the division
We build buildings and complex works, holding design, procurement and the site together.
The Industrial & Construction division handles detailed engineering and project management for high-efficiency residential and commercial buildings.
The work does not stop at the design: we plan procurement, qualify suppliers and manage site logistics. It is the part that decides whether a work keeps to time and budget, and it is the part that most often gets lost when it is given to different parties.
The result is technologically advanced property developments, handed over with the full documentation and followed up after commissioning.
The figures above are those of the site under way and come from the specification. When other works have been completed, this band becomes the division total.

Works completed and under way
Piano di Zona B60 Infernetto Nord bis, lot B1, for the Rumia housing cooperative, together with Costruzioni Edili Palocco 2007 S.r.l. Two buildings of four storeys above ground, four homes per floor plus the plant room, a lift and a stair core, and a single basement garage with a shared access ramp.
